What Is Corporate Housing?
Corporate housing is fully furnished, all-inclusive apartments for individuals who need temporary stays  (one month or longer) in a city like Kansas City, and prefer not to stay in a hotel.

Can anyone stay with Corporate Housing, or is it just for business travelers?
Anyone can stay with Kansas City Corporate Housing. We not only have business travelers and corporate executives, but also people who are relocating, moving into or out of a city,  and needing temporary stays for medical reasons or hospital stays,  divorce/separation, vacations or visiting relatives. All are welcome!

Why Stay With Kansas City Corporate Housing Rather Than A Hotel?
Space, Service, Convenience, Cost: with Kansas City Corporate Housing, you have your own fully furnished space - and more of it. Hotels rooms offer one room and a bathroom, typically around 300-ish sq. ft. Our one bedroom units have a separate bedroom (unless you choose loft-style, in which case there is another, separate area) full kitchen, bathroom, living area, and in most cases, a dining area. Our one bedrooms are mostly 600 to 750 sq ft. - double what you get in a hotel room.  And we take care of everything, just like a hotel. All units are customized for each tenant, right down to the decor. Once you've worked with a professional corporate housing company like Kansas City Corporate Housing you'll realize that we are just as convenient, we offer significantly more, and we most of the time, we are significantly less expensive. Oh, and there are no taxes like a hotel!

How long of a lease do you require?
1 month is our shortest lease. Typically leases range from 3 months (the shortest that most communities will do with us) up to 12+ months. When we have units that are opening up, we can extend those leases for as short as 30 days.

How long does it take you to set up a unit once we have paperwork signed?
We can typically get you into a unit within 3 business days, unless it's around a holiday.

Why Not Setup My Own Corporate Unit?
Kansas City Corporate Housing is able to offer discounted prices due to economies of scale. We know our markets, and have locations strategically placed in the best spots throughout Kansas City. This saves you the time and trouble of researching locations, which is made more difficult when you don't know much about Kansas City. We remove the burden of locating, purchasing, transporting and installing household goods, furniture, appliances - plus all of the things that you may not consider, and would need to run out in the middle of the night to purchase. We have unique arrangements with local utilities and service providers which makes each setup easy, quick and convenient for you. We know local occupancy requirements, and obtain all necessary permits. Finally, we will be the one stop local management expert if the 'unexpected' arises, which if you don't know what you're getting into, could be quite problematic.

When should I start my search for Corporate Housing?
Most residents have a 30 or 60 day 'Notice to Vacate' - meaning that they need to tell us either 30 or 60 days in advance of their move-out date. We can typically start a search 45-60 days before you arrive.

How Much Does Corporate Housing Cost?
Pricing varies, and is mostly based on what prices we get from individual facilities. These rates are based on availabilty, when leases start and end, etc. Our rates are based on what you want, when you want it, where you you need to be, and how long you need to stay. In our off-season, (October through April) our 1 bedroom units start at around $75/night based on a 3-to-6 month stay. 2 bedroom units start at $85 per night, and 3 bedroom units start around $99/night. There's also a $500 initial fee which covers your deposit ($275 - refundable) and $225 which covers move-in and admin fees (non-refundable).  Unlike hotels, we don't charge taxes. There are also NO HIDDEN FEES--the price we provide in our written quote is the price you pay. We can provide you with accurate costs for any time frame within 60 days of arrival. What Are My Payment Options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, company checks, personal checks and ACH payments. We also accept money orders.

Are Pets Allowed?
Dogs and cats and some other animals are allowed in most units. There are typically restrictions for dog breeds and weight limits, but we do have a small select number of communities that will accommodate nearly any dog. Additional deposits and fees do apply. Some of our facilities even come with yards!

Will My Unit Have A Washer And Dryer Available?
Most corporate apartments have washers & dryers in the unit. Kansas City Corporate Housing spends a tremendous amount of time in the market identifying the best communities available with the best accommodations at the lowest rates in order to ensure that you get what you deserve. Because Kansas City is a somewhat older city, our less expensive facilities will sometimes not have washers & dryers in the unit.

Will I Have Internet Service?
Yes. Each of our furnished apartments comes with it's own high-speed wireless network.

Will I Have Cable TV?
Yes. All units come with a 'basic/expanded' digital TV service that includes approximately 150 - 250+ channels, including HD channels.

What Bills Will I Have To Pay?
You will pay one bill and that is the monthly rate that we charge with no hotel taxes or hidden fees. Electric, gas, water, trash pickup, internet, and cable are all included in the price that you are quoted. We do limit electricity to a certain amount per unit (i.e. $100 per month). If you go over your allotment for electricity you will be charge only for the overage.

What Size Apartments Do You Offer?
We offer mostly 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units, though occasionally we will also have Studio apartments. These units vary in size but range from approximately 500 square feet to over 2,000 square feet. Some units come with storage space, and a garage or covered parking can often be provided, if desired, at a minimal monthly fee.
